4 Day Zanzibar Beach Holiday

You will arrive at Zanzibar airport or harbor where you will meet with our representative and then be transferred to the Hotel.  Enjoy your first night in Zanzibar.

Accommodation

Experience Zuri’s stunning range of accommodation: choose from 56 bungalows, suites and villas, all hidden in a large tropical garden within a short walk of the azure waters of the Indian Ocean.

Beginning at 8:30 am you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to Fumba Village where you will meet for your special Guided Safari Blue Boat Tour. You will visit different sand banks and you stop on one of those for a Seafood lunch where afterward you can snorkel, or just sit back and relax and hope to see a dolphin. Afterward, you will be taken back to your hotel where you will enjoy a nice dinner.

After breakfast, you will be picked up at 9:30am and taken to a spice farm where you can see all of the local different types of spice and learn how they are grown. You will be overwhelmed by the abundance of botanical species growing in these gardens – exotic spices, fruits, and vegetables. Many of the spices have medicinal properties and are still used by the local population to cure certain maladies. Taste a variety of fruits ranging from the rose apple to the guava. Lunch will be provided at the spice farm and afterward, we will take a tour of Stone Town, where you will learn about the amazing history of Zanzibar. This is the heart of Zanzibar and an old town with winding narrow streets, historical buildings, and the best food markets. This part of Zanzibar is referred to by the local people as Mji Mkongwe and our guided tour includes visits to the House of Wonders, an old dispensary, Old Fort, a former slave market, bazaars, an old harbor, an Anglican cathedral.

Wake up to an amazing breakfast before being collected from your hotel. Today, we will take a tour of the Prison Island. Starting at 9 am we will venture out and spend the first part of the day watching Giant Turtles and other beautiful marine creatures. Known as the best site to snorkel, jump in the clear blue ocean and go snorkel the coral reef. Once on the island, you will have the opportunity to feed and pet the tortoises, some of which are over a hundred years old.

Later in the evening, our guide will take you to the airport for a flight back home.
